En tremblant flower brooch with diamonds

Price range: (25 000 zł - 50 000 zł)

Brooch made in France around 1940. Designed as a flower with leaves and petals that are shaped from a delicate golden mesh. The middle of the flower is filled with 19 diamonds fixed with the "en tremblant" method (tremor) using small golden springs, which vibrate to give the effect of a glistening glow of diamonds. An additional advantage of the brooch is the clasp which allows it to be used not only as a brooch but also as a hair clip to decorate an elegant cocktail dress. The ingenuity of the designer delights with the precision of the workmanship and wonderful shining of slightly vibrating diamonds.
