Cellino
A favorite decoration of the Italian Renaissance, a godrooning technique was used by a master jeweler to create this unusual pair of earrings. In delicate gold lace there is a magnificent lapis lazuli - lazurite with a deep color of dark garnet and small pyrite inclusions in the color of old gold. The beauty of the stones is emphasized by the godroon frieze.
This pair of earrings was created in the 1980's by the Italian jewelry firm Cellino. The frame is made of 18 carat gold. The clasp is made of 14 carat gold. The Cellino signature is placed on the inner edge of the gold frame of each earring.
