About the artist: (1867-1945) A painter born and raised in Wrocław. He came from an old, respected family endowed with numerous artistic talents. He studied at the Berlin Academy of Arts. He particularly loved the winter views of the Karkonosze Mountains and often transferred them onto canvas, using light perfectly.
