A classic wristwatch for men, made in the 1930s and 1950s. (ca. 1958) 18 carat gold was used to make it. Chainmail bracelet, typical hands and golden batons perfectly match the silver dial on which the seconds hand is placed. The model is equipped with Swiss mechanical movement.
About the brand: After Czapka split away from Patek in 1845, Antoni Patek married his daughter off to the thirty-year-old Frenchman Adrien Philippe. This talented watchmaker was also an inventor. He developed a movement mechanism with a crown instead of a key. The company has survived to this day with subsidiaries all over the world.
